Bethany M. likes their selection of Czech cuisine, and this review of hers tells it all:
“Lovely atmosphere, beautiful room and tables and music playing. The waitress was cheerful and attentive and answered any questions we had about the food with ease. Food itself was interesting and delicious, I’d never had Czech cuisine and was pleasantly surprised. Portions were great for the price, and we all got a variety of things to share between my friends and I. I particularly recommend the goulash, the Condon bleu schnitzel, and the peach crepe. The cappuccino and the mocha were also divine, depending on how sweet you like your coffee!”

Eve Henty has this to say about their great meals and services:
“Ordered the Fish and Chips and wasn’t disappointed. Overheard from the kitchen “I put it in a larger container because I don’t like the fish to get crushed”. This is the kind of attention-to-detail I love. Thank you.
As a Brit, this is one of the best F&C I’ve had since coming to Canada. Portion size was great value for money. Tartar sauce made in-house. Happy to support local. Will be recommending to others.”

Another unique restaurant in Edmonton is Seoul Fried Chicken. They’re mostly a takeout restaurant, but plenty of locals swear by their Korean-style fried chicken.
Many consider this place as one of the best places for fried chicken around. We recommend their SFC OG for that crisp, golden, and evenly seasoned goodness in every bite.
Their SFC Barbeque and Garlic Soy flavor are also a must-try for the first timers. They also offer good beer and a nice selection of salads. We also suggest pairing up their chicken with their in-house fries.

Garrett McKeeman has this to say about their take out menu:
“My 2nd favourite chicken place in Edmonton. Service was great and food was awesome. The Korean BBQ and Garlic Soy we’re definitely the favourites. The OG was was very good if you are just looking for a plain fried chicken..”
Check out this review from Shay Diep, regular customer of SFC.
“SFC is the perfect marriage of affordable and delicious Korean fried chicken. Out of all the flavours of chicken I’ve tried, my favourite is garlic soy and GP cheese. The side salads are unique fusions but work very well together and I recommend all of them! What’s the catch you ask? The only down side about this place is how little the seating area is. It’s small and when it’s busy (it’s always busy) you’re going to have to wait a bit or just take the food to go (and let’s be honest, fried food is best eaten immediately).
10/10, the affordable 5 piece chicken set will keep me at 5 stars for life.”

“Very cool sandwich spot with lots of outdoor seating. Perfect for a quick bite at lunch, great doughnuts too (although blueberry filled one was too sweet!). Customer Reviews
Arathana Bowes enjoys the food, service and atmosphere of this restaurant. Check out what she has to say:
“Very cute décor, cool staff (I asked one where he got his shirt – it was vintage and out of print, super cool) and super yum pitchers of cocktails. The nachos we ordered were generous and not greasy. We sat at the one table on the sidewalk, it felt like a special kind of place.”
Carly M. had plenty to say about their menu:
“I’m lost for words as to how incredibly satisfied I am time after time with the food here. From start to finished between the drinks, to the starter bread and jelly, pretty much anything truly you choose on the menu, and the desert (buddy you better be getting the key lime pie for desert). It’s literally awesome on every level of the word satisfied! Do yourself a favour you’ve wasted enough time looking at reviews… go try it I promise you’ll be giving the place 5 stars too and going back for seconds. Super rad eats and wicked retro atmosphere you can’t beat! 🙂
