Customer Reviews

Here’s what customers are saying about them:

Very pleased with the service I received here recently. My bike was in poor shape and I took it in for multiple repairs. The staff were helpful and friendly. They did a ton of work for a reasonable price, and also were honest and did not do a repair I suggested because they decided it was not needed. My bike is a much better ride now!

—Jen Hocking, Google Reviews

Love your staff. They checked out my bike, and as I hadn’t ridden for a while, even reviewed gear shifting, and observed me “test driving” it to ensure it fit. There were no pressure sales and no “tacking on” unnecessary products or services. I’ll definitely return to check out a bike they suggested. And I’ll definitely refer others as well. 10/10

Customer Reviews

Here’s what customers are saying about them:

I was on the hunt for a bike in this crazy environment, most other stores I contacted were either to busy to answer questions or just didn’t return my phone call. This was not the case at Mud, Sweat And Gears, the staff at this branch were excellent from the initial phone call, to test riding through to purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend and would gladly purchase from them again in the future. Keep up the good work good to see excellent customer service.

Customer Reviews

Here’s what customers are saying about them:

I went in to Pedalhead on the recommendation of a friend to look into fixing my very old road bike. I met with Chris and Lindsey who were both very helpful. I ended up flipping back and forth between a bike that was available in the shop and fixing my old one when I finally decided on a new one that they didn’t have in stock. I checked it out at another shop but ultimately, because of the excellent service at Pedalhead, I kindly asked if they would order me the one I wanted to go with. Although I’m sure I was not easy to deal with flip flopping for almost a week, everyone in the shop was nothing but kind and at no time did I feel pressured to get something that I knew wasn’t what I wanted. I appreciated the excellent expertise of Chris and the staff and I am beyond happy with the purchase I made and the service I was given. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer and I can’t wait to stop in again! Thank you everyone! 🙂

I would recommend their shop for anyone looking to purchase a bike and or bike accessories.

Here’s what customers are saying about them:

The bike mechanics at Red Bike were absolutely amazing. I went in this morning with a flat tire and they took me right in and also did a quick tune up. One advice for customers, please get these guys some coffee. They work really hard and are extremely polite!

—aruna maria, Testimonials

I had a great experience buying a bike here. Mark took his time with me and made sure that the bike I chose had a perfect setup (including doing multiple stem changes to get the fit right).  A totally laid back, no high-pressure sales atmosphere.  I will most certainly return here again for any of my bike needs.  Staff know their stuff.  Couldn’t ask for more in a local bike store.  Also, they took the social distancing stuff seriously which was nice.  It shows they really care about their customers.  If you’re looking for a new bike, make sure Redbike is at the top of your list.
