I am well impressed with this facility. I will come back anytime I am in need!

I was seeing Yung for about 1.5 years due to rear ends in the past. I was dealing with back pain for legit 10 years, daily. I learnt soo much from her and my body its incredible. Maybe it helped that I have been doing my own research on my back pain for years prior and was so interested in learning about my body that when I found someone who actually is knowledgeable i gained ALOT from her and the exercises she prescribed me.  No matter how much physio someone does, you need to do your own homework at home.

Highly recommend this facility.

Me and my husband we had to change to new family doctor. because the old doctor was so bad. we have been with new family doctor WinterBach for little over one year. He is very kind with patients. He always listens to patients and helps a lot.

And short waiting to see doctor.

I’m so glad to have a great family Doctor winterBach. ??

—Jeong Sunyeong, Google Reviews

I became a patient after researching places with a strong reputation and found this one.  I have brought my entire family here multiple times and have had nothing but top notch service and care.  I’ve seen some of the doctors here go above and beyond many other clinics.  I remember once, Dr.Winterbauch stitched up a guys arm that looked like a severe laceration right away, he was so happy he didn’t have to go to the ER, and somehow my appointment was barely delayed.  The others doctors are great here too.  Reception staff are courteous and professional.

Everyone there is very helpful and patient with questions. Excellent facility for all health care issues. (Have been there many times for various faculties: medical, dental, rehab, imaging etc.)

—Nr Gall, Google Reviews

Beautiful building inside and out and what goes on inside is amazing.  It’s a fairly new building so it modern and the decor is great.  Its easy to get around.  It’s clean and well lit.  Brought my father to the Urology Centre on the 7th floor and everything went well.  There is easy access to the building by public transit. Parking can be a bit challenging and expensive.  It would be nice if there was more affordable parking.  Otherwise it’s a great building and great life saving work going on inside.

Find out why customers enjoy this place:

Centrally located building with many medical professionals from heart specialists to general surgeons.  There are also residences on the upper floors.  The building is easily accessible by driving yourself and there is parking underground.  The building is also accessible by transit.  It’s well lit and clean.  With the amount of medical professionals in the building it is busy but you can get around easily.

—Kirk Dewhurst, Google Reviews

the location is clean and feels safe – there always seems to be at least one security guard at the desk. The only qualm I have is that the parking can be difficult, but that’s to be expected in this area of the city. There’s a transit station nearby and several bus stops as well. I find it very convenient that you can use the 2nd basement level tunnel to access the Royal Alexandra Hospital.
