I could not completely close it manually, so I left it partly open and parked my vehicle in front of the garage to cover it from the street. The garage has shifted Because of the cold weather, I could not even open the side door anymore. I called C and W Canada the next morning and Chris came promptly that afternoon to make an assessment and help me close the door completely. The opener needed to be replaced as the gears is broken. He came back the following day to do the repair. He adjusted and leveled the rails, moved the brackets holding the rails for better support, replaced all the rollers.
