Recently had a furnace issue and had another company come twice and unsuccessfully fix our furnace. After talking with our neighbor they suggested we give Romaniuk a call. Although they don’t have 24/7 services like the others and are probably not the best company to call if you have a heating emergency, they are very responsive to inquiries and when you schedule appointments.
Aside from that, their technicians also have an excellent work ethic and make sure to explain everything to customers. They do meticulous 360-degree inspections and provide 30-point reports so they don’t miss anything, which we like.
One of the best things about hiring Furnace Solutions is that they offer a 12-year parts and labor warranty for all the units they sell. They also offer a unit replacement warranty of up to 12 years as well – one of the longest warranty coverages we’ve seen.
