It was all worth it! The clinic is clean, with very calming atmosphere. It is well maintained and sanitized and the staff are awesome and very friendly and professional. Princess Elizabeth Dental stood out to us for how well they handle implant cases. Dr. Bill Holden, with his decades of experience, really knows how to make patients feel at ease, especially when it comes to implant placements and any complications that might pop up.
Dr. Ali Afshar’s expertise in complex restorative work also deserves a mention—he’s great with the more challenging cases.
We liked how they bring in advanced tech, like CBCT scans and digital radiography, making treatments more precise and way more comfortable than expected. Patients we talked to were happy with how smooth the process was.
Plus, the clinic’s focus on making implants a long-lasting solution, with proper care, adds real value. On the pricing side, we were impressed with their flexible payment plans and partnerships with Beautifi, making treatments more budget-friendly.
However, we do wish they had easier online appointment scheduling like many of the other clinics we’ve reviewed.

“Dr Holden is absolutely Edmonton’s best implant dentist. I went to three dental clinics for consultation before choosing him. He is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly thorough. He and his assistant took time to evaluate my oral conditions and came up with two treatment plans that fit within my budget. He went to great length explaining what dental work I need to take care of before the procedure. He and his assistant answered all of my questions, which calmed my anxiety leading up to the day of the procedure. I had four implants done by him over the course of two visits – one for implant placement and one for crown install. The whole procedure was painless ( I was totally awake the whole time ) and the result is amazing. The teeth LOOK natural, FEEL natural and BITE natural. The best investment I ever made – right here in town. It’s worth every penny. To top it off, 6 months after my implants, Dr Holden’s clinic reached out to see how I was doing. Let me be clear – we are in the middle of a pandemic and most clinics probably don’t bother. But Dr Holden’s clinic invited me back for a free check up to see if there is bone loss or gum receding issue. Wow. That’s what I call genuine caring for patients. Replacing a front tooth and making it look natural is no short or easy task but the team here absolutely nailed it. Custom shaping and shading was provided. The team was very accommodating with my schedule as the cosmetic part often takes several visits. Dr Ali did most of the work and Dr Holden helped out to make sure I was able to have my final crown before I went away. Both Dentists are amazing at what they do.
