From facials and chemical peels to advanced procedures like dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, they’ve got you covered.
One of our favorites is the Pro 4 Facial. It’s a combination of diamond microdermabrasion, ultrasonic therapy, and galvanic treatments that rejuvenate your skin. After trying it, we noticed a significant reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, leaving our faces smooth and radiant.

When we stopped by Dr. Marcia Hartt’s medispa, we were delighted by the comprehensive range of cosmetic dermatology procedures they offer.
Dr. Marcia Hartt and her team specialize in advanced techniques for injectables like Botox and Dysport, ensuring precise, artistic results that maintain your unique facial features.
They also offer a range of cutting-edge treatments, including fractional laser resurfacing, CoolSculpting, and cellular regeneration through biostimulation (CRB), to address various skin and body concerns.
Chatting with some of their clients, it was clear that people love the personalized care they receive. Each visit starts with a complimentary skin analysis and consultation, allowing the team to tailor treatments to each individual’s needs and aesthetic goals.
While we appreciate the individualized care, we found the pricing to be less transparent than we’d prefer. We understand that the personalized nature of the treatments affects the cost, but we’d still appreciate a clearer and more upfront pricing.

Albany Cosmetic and Laser Centre definitely caught our eye when we were on the hunt for top-tier cosmetic clinics in Edmonton. They offer everything, from Botox and fillers to laser treatments and body sculpting, so we knew we had to check them out.
When went here, we were really impressed with the range of dermal fillers they offered. They offer Juvederm, Bellafil, and a lot more.
Their laser services were also extensive – hair removal, skin resurfacing, you name it. We didn’t personally try these out, but the prices seemed fair, starting at $50 for smaller areas and going up to $175 for a full-face treatment.
The clinic is led by Dr. Kamal Alhallak, who has a pretty impressive background in pharmacy and business. We didn’t get to meet him personally, but we chatted with some of the staff, who impressively, were all able to explain the treatments they offer in great detail.
We also liked that they offer a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a great way to get a feel for the place and see if it’s the right fit for you.

“I have had under eye filler here about three times over the last 3 years and I have had a very good experience every time. He really does an amazing job. I had some puffiness the first week and a half but that is completely normal as you are healing. The final result is amazing. I haven’t tried the micro needling yet but that will be my next purchase here. The only thing I miss is the old numbing cream they used to use. The new one doesn’t seem to freeze me very well even when I sit for 20+ minutes. The old freezing cream seemed to work better but that just might be for me. Thanks for always being professional and I cannot wait to try microneedling. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

Platinum Medical Spa really caught our attention with its wide array of services. They seem to have something for everyone, whether you’re interested in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or body sculpting.
We were really impressed by their Emsculpt Neo treatment, which not only reduces fat but also builds muscle—talk about a win-win.
Their Halo hybrid fractional laser has also been getting rave reviews for its ability to tackle wrinkles and discoloration.
We’ve heard from a lot of people that Platinum Medical Spa offers really good value for the price. For example, their Morpheus 8 treatment, which combines microneedling and radiofrequency to rejuvenate the skin, is only $250. That’s pretty reasonable compared to other places we’ve looked at.
They also partner with Beautifi to offer flexible payment options. That’s a huge plus in our book, as it makes premium services accessible to more people.

“Had morpheus8 treatment and it was AMAZING! I have been having this treatment through another spa for years and what a difference.
