The automated message for this location indicated they were still opened I walked 5 KM to get there in time to find out I arrived 15 minutes after they closed I was devastated. I checked the automated message and it still said they were opened. I asked some exiting employee if there was a manager I could talk to. They without pause got Matt for me I told him my situation and without hesitation he allowed me to purchase the Google home mini I wanted and I was on my way in less then two minutes. This was so very awesome of them. Matt is my hero.

Very attentive staff. Every department I was in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. There was a good variety of products to choose from. Some of the shelves were empty and the store was really dark. I was looking for a gaming head set for my son. The pc headset display did not work. I selected a headset and quickly did an online search to check the pricing. Amazon had it on sale for 30.00 less than best buy price with free prime 2 day shipping. I checked best buys price match policy and it says they will match the price and beat it by 10% . When I was at customer service I asked her if they would price match. I showed her Amazon’s price on my phone and she agreed to match the price. She didn’t beat it by 10% but I didn’t press the issue. At least I had the head set for the same price and didn’t have to wait 2 days to get it. I’m happy with an Equal buy but it wasn’t a Best Buy.
