Most companies charge onboarding or setup fees, so having a pay-only-when-occupies model is a big advantage.

Another thing we like is that they have full-service rental accounting. They have software that keeps everything in place. This is good news for landlords and tenants: paying, paying out, and seeing the cash flow can be done with a single click.

They also have other services, which we find pretty great. They have comprehensive tenant screening and marketing on Facebook, RentFaster, and Zillow to increase exposure.

Aside from that, they also have this free virtual staging. If you choose to list your property with them, you’ll get a complimentary virtual staging valued at $200. This helps your property stand out online and attract more tenants.

Landlords also comment on the team’s clear communication. They said that their main point of contact, Shawn, is always available for questions and concerns.

Aside from that, they also offer no listing fee for most duplexes, townhouses, and detached houses. This makes it cost-effective for those who want to minimise upfront and ongoing expenses.

They also provide comprehensive services, including tenant screening, conflict resolution, and lease agreements. Their rent collection is also automated through online payment systems. 

Another thing we appreciate is that they have an online portal for residents. Tenants love this too, saying that they can easily manage their accounts, set up banking information, and submit maintenance requests.

Communication is also a breeze. They attend to concerns promptly and always ensure a smooth transition for new tenants, leaving a nice first impression.  

The only thing to take note of is that they don’t have insurance coverage and a very strict management contract. 

All the damage left by the tenants will not be covered or paid by their company, as the landlord who suffered $20,000 in damage shared.

From looking at a couple of properties with them, to the contract paperwork, to reporting maintenance issues. The online portal for residents is great as I can manage my account, set up banking information, and submit maintenance requests. Most recently my washer and dryer needed to be replaced and they did so in an efficient and non-intrusive manner. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’ve never had to call the emergency line, but the fact that there is one is a huge plus.
