WATCH: A Year With Frog and Toad Starts on November 24! 

Catch St. Albert Children's Theatre’s production of A Year With Frog and Toad starting this November 24. This show is an adaptation of the Broadway hit that was nominated thrice for the Tony Award based on the popular children’s book series by Arnold Lobel. 

Whether you’re a fan of the book series or it’s your first time hearing about it, you’ll enjoy the story of two friends as they sing, dance, and hop through a year of fun adventures.

A Year with Frog and Toad tells the story of an enduring friendship between the Frog and Toad. It teaches viewers to celebrate differences that make us special, along with other important life lessons. 

The show is whimsical and entertaining and is definitely a treat for young and old viewers alike. 

The show will be held at The Arden Theatre which you can locate at 5 St Anne St, St. Albert, AB T8N 3Z9, Canada. The show will last until December 4, so you have plenty of time to see the show with your family.

First time going to The Arden Theatre? Here are some reminders and information that may come in handy: 

  • Free parking is available across the street. Just enter the parking lot coming from Perron Street. 
  • The theater has a wheelchair-accessible lobby, washrooms, and seating. 
  • You can request Sensory Support (noise and light-dampening equipment) if needed. 
  • There’s a licensed concession in the main lobby should you get hungry and thirsty. 
  • As much as possible, arrive at the venue on time. Latecomers will be assisted and seated at an appropriate time by the staff. 
  • Cellular phones should be turned off before entering the theater. 
  • Absolutely no recording devices are allowed at any time during the show. 
  • Do know that fellow patrons might be allergic to perfume, so please be considerate.
