We love that they have such a warm and friendly atmosphere inside the shop. Staff are accommodating and very knowledgeable and will assist you through the whole process of getting your shoes fixed or cleaned.
We appreciate that they will tell you what can and can’t be done in terms of repairing your shoes, so you don’t have to shell out money for repairs that won’t be possible anyway.
They also have highly reasonable prices, although they base their quotes on the state of the shoes in question. They do not have a price table, but from what we can tell they have competitive pricing and won’t overcharge you at all.
We are pretty sure they only accept cash, which can be inconvenient, but hopefully, soon they can have more payment options. In any case, their rates won’t hurt you much at all so we don’t see this as much of a problem.
Customer reviews are excellent for this little shop, although their location downtown can be a bit hard to find. Parking around the area may also be tricky, although they do have a pay parking from a pay box right in front.

“I had spilled engine oil somehow ONLY on my brand new pair of suede boots. As you can see from the photo, this is the hardest stain to remove from anything. from the moment I took these beauties to the boys at Shoe Shine they treated them as if they were their own boots.
