Here’s a secret: we’re Edmonton’s biggest foodies – although the only people who know that are our moms and the server at that BBQ joint we frequent every Saturday.
While we don’t have Gordon Ramsay’s expert food knowledge, we know what makes good food good food. And when time calls for recommending the best chicken wing spots in the city, let’s just say we know enough places to fill up a contact list.
Every spot in this list is personally loved and has been tried at least twice by our team. See what we think of each one here!

You can choose from six flavors, with the Gochujang, Kansas BBQ, and Cajun Dry Rub being our favorites. Other options include Dill Pickle, Hot, and Salt & Pepper. Each flavor comes with a side of asiago dip.
Their asiago dip is creamy and tangy, making a great match for any of the flavors. If you like heat, the Hot flavor will hit the spot, although the spice level is just mild. For something with a bit of a kick and a touch of sweetness, try the Gochujang.
Their Kansas BBQ wings have a smoky taste, while the Cajun Dry Rub wings feature more prominent spices. The Salt & Pepper wings are a true classic. But if you’re a fan of tangy textures, we recommend going for their Dill Pickle wings

We usually enjoy classic flavors, so the Buffalo and BBQ sauces were solid picks. But if you’re into sweeter or more unique options, try the Honey Garlic or Canadian Maple Bacon.
For something with a real kick, you can’t go wrong with Hot, Hotty-Yaki, or even The DEATH SAUCE if you’re up for a serious challenge – just make sure you can really take it though!
If you prefer dry rubs, the Lemon Pepper and Salt & Pepper are great for a simple, classic bite. But we really have to give it to their Chipotle Mango and Ancho Chipotle as the smoky flavor really shines through.

With regular and boneless options, Hudsons is a nice place for a quick bite or casual dinner. Although there were plenty of flavors we liked when we dined in, their Damn Good Wings is a favorite among patrons.
Since we love some spice, the Hot, honey Sriracha, and Nashville Rub flavors really satisfied our craving. The Salted Caramel, on the other hand, was something we loved for its sweet and savory taste.
The wings come with celery and ranch on the side, complementing the flavors nicely. If you’re looking for something special, consider adding the Alberta Crude for an extra $1. This adds an extra level of heat to your meal.

Each order comes with a ranch dip, which complements the wings nicely with its creamy texture. We actually liked this dip more when we paired it with their Maple Sambal, as it makes the spice more manageable.
