One of the biggest strengths we identified was their focus on building long-term relationships with clients. We found this helpful, as people can easily reach back to them in case of legal disputes later in life.
Clients we interviewed noted the office’s approach to making legal support accessible, thanks to their competitive rates.
However, a few people noted that they weren’t happy with what they paid. This is an issue with transparency.

We always appreciate the convenience of accessing multiple services through a single firm, making things more streamlined. This is because certain civil litigation cases can involve specific areas of expertise, like real estate law for property disputes.
Their track record is also noteworthy. In fact, despite being only established for 7 years as a firm, they’ve already handled 1,100 cases and have worked with over 1,500 clients so far.
This solid work can be traced back to their client-centered ethos. In particular, this can be seen in their prompt response. Clients can easily reach them via phone to get case updates or just general queries.
Unfortunately, we did find issues with attitude. Clients noted that they worked with lawyers who were unprofessional and charged extra fees.
Knowing this, we find it best to secure a lawyer that matches the client’s personality and preferences.

On the rough side, we saw instances where there were situations in which cases were transferred to a different lawyer.
We highly suggest being in consistent contact to monitor any risks of this. Fortunately, though, there were only a few records of this.
