Canine Kingdom has been our go-to for top-notch pet care in Edmonton since they opened in 2017. What we love most is how they cater to the unique needs of each dog.
For pups with boundless energy, the “Rowdy Rascals” area is perfect. It’s spacious, lively, and full of playmates to keep them entertained. On the flip side, “Mellow Mutts” offers a peaceful retreat for dogs who prefer a more relaxed vibe.
But it’s the cage-free, enriched environment that really sets them apart. Dogs here get plenty of playtime, socialization, and even some outdoor fun.

They post regularly throughout the day on Snap Chat, Instagram and Facebook. My 18 month old Siberian Husky just spent the weekend there and had a deshedding bath upon checkout. She looked absolutely amazing! I can’t imagine how long it took them to make her look like that. The bowtie they put on her was a really nice touch. Little Paws Inn really won us over with its open-concept design. With over 5,000 square feet of indoor play areas and two large outdoor yards, it’s clear that these guys know how to create a fun and engaging environment for dogs.
We love how they’ve ditched the traditional kennels for cozy spaces complete with couches, dog beds, and even TVs. The place is like a home away from home for our furry friends.
The 24/7 staffing is also a big plus, giving us peace of mind knowing that our dogs are always in safe hands. Plus, they throw in complimentary services like medication administration and body checks, which is a nice touch.

What really caught our attention at Creekside is the on-site veterinarian service. It adds an extra layer of care and peace of mind since you know a professional is always around.
We’re also big fans of their force-free philosophy. It shows that they’re all about creating a stress-free environment for every dog.
When it comes to accommodations, Creekside offers impressive options. Their deluxe kennels, with 70 square feet of space and a private patio, are perfect for larger breeds or families with multiple dogs.
We were impressed by the standard boarding too. It comes in at $44 per night and includes a cozy 30-square-foot run, a raised cot, and plenty of outdoor playtime.

“I’ve been taking my pup here for a few months now. He was anxious at first but now absolutely LOVES it. The staff have been great at communicating, letting me know how he did that day, taking photos on their instagram (my fav), and respecting any wishes or allergies. I appreciate that all dogs need to have their vaccines, flea/tick treatment, etc. I feel very safe leaving my dog here!! “We’ve been bringing our dog Cooper to Creekside for over a year and a half and he absolutely loves it. Every morning that we get him ready to go he’s constantly pacing with excitement to get out the door and get to daycare. The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. They have an instagram page and we love seeing videos and pictures of what Cooper is up to during the day while we’re at work. We’ve also had Cooper stay for boarding a few times while we’ve been on vacations and every time we pick him up he’s always a happy and sleepy boy which makes us happy. We’ve tried another daycare before coming to Creekside but Cooper definitely didn’t like it as much.
