About two months ago, we had a new furnace installed by Otto, on the recommendation of a couple of neighbors. Their pricing was very competitive and in fact we were able to get a very good price since it was not furnace season. We were very impressed with Jordan and Braeden, and their install. As we were very satisfied with their workmanship and attitude, we decided to go with central air conditioning, again with Otto. We’re very glad that we did and the A/C install was another pleasant experience…and just in time for the heat wave this week. We would not hesitate to recommend Otto, in fact, I even referred someone this week to Otto, prior to writing this review. 5 star company and people!
Excellent customer service
Otto installed the original furnace in our home. We used Otto to install our AC and use them for all our maintenance. There’s a reason they are ranked so highly – they are fairly priced, have excellent customer service and do a great job. I don’t think twice about who I’m contacting for any heating or cooling issues. We had an awesome tech (Jayvin) show up today for our maintenance, where I was late and frazzled. He was friendly, kind and efficient. I highly recommend Otto.
