Did you know that going on a keto diet improves your cholesterol and boosts weight loss? Yeah – that’s exactly what my friend told me after stuffing my mouth with the delicious ribeye!

While I’m not 100% on a keto diet (yet), I took the opportunity to combine my love for food and fitness while testing it. Went on a search for the best keto restaurants in Edmonton and here we are!

Everything here’s tried and tested by me for the past few months. So, check it out if you want to see what’s on top as per my finicky tastebuds.
