Reiki by Kathy Salloum is the one I choose when I want to get my energy back in balance. One big reason was her credentials, since Kathy is a certified Reiki Master and Teacher.
It also helped that she offered me a free consultation, which made it easy to figure out if Reiki was right for me. So far, the sessions have been great for helping me relax and clear my head.
Most of mine were distance Reiki, though I’ve asked for a home visit a few times when I felt really drained.

After doing some research, I can say that REIKIWITHMII feels like one of those smaller, personal Reiki practices that feel approachable. They don’t have a long history or flashy branding, but the setup is straightforward.
What stood out to me is the free consultation, which makes it easy for anyone curious about Reiki to dip their toes in without pressure.
From there, you can choose a customised package if you want something tailored or go for their bigger 16-session deal if you’re committed to the long haul.
They also offer a monthly membership for steady access and a friend referral program that’s a nice perk if you’re convincing someone else to try it.
On the downside, their operating hours can be inconsistent, and the location is pretty far north, which isn’t ideal if you’re coming from central or south Edmonton.

What I like about this place is how approachable it feels. You can get the usual one-on-one Reiki sessions at their space for $75, but there are other options too.
In-home Reiki is available if you prefer staying put, though travel fees aren’t rolled into the session price. Distance Reiki is handy if you’re outside the city, and they even do Reiki for pets, which I thought was pretty unique.
Their Reiki courses are also interesting if you’re keen to learn the practice yourself. Just keep in mind they’re closed Sundays and Mondays, which can be tricky for anyone with a packed schedule.

You can book a regular session at the studio, have them come to your home, or even try a small group Reiki with friends. They also offer customisable party packages that blend Reiki and tarot into events like birthdays or showers, which is a fun twist.
