The customer service provided by Erika, the owner, and her staff are top notch. After researching online at a bunch of different shops to install a hitch on my 2019 Q5 I decided to go with the Hitch House. They were referred by my dealership and a couple friends.
During the install, unfortunately something happened to my wheel trim during installation. I noticed how loose it was during the pick up inspection, they took it back into the shop to take a look and it was a bent clip that was part of the trim. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable, but Erika made sure that I was happy with their work and we contacted Audi and it had to replaced. They paid for all the repairs without hesitation to make sure that I was a happy customer. I doubt that any other shop in the city would step up like they did. I’m also certain that most shops would try to do a quick repair job by double siding taping, gluing or even add in another screw to fix this to hide the problem, which I am glad they did not, cause my car was new when it came in and I wanted it to be new when it came out.
I’m a very satisfied customer and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for more work or recommend the Hitch House to anyone. This company truly stands behind their work.
