We love Der Nguyen’s communication department, too. Replies normally arrive fast, after-hours services are provided, and legal services come in English, Vietnamese, Filipino, and Chinese.
Hiring Richard Der and Chau Nguyen also comes with added convenience since both principals adjust to a client’s schedule.
Do note, however, that overtime charges will apply, and these can bump up the overall cost if you fail to factor them into your budget from the get-go.
The good news is that introductory consults don’t cost anything, and we didn’t encounter a client moaning about hidden fees.

A second major perk is how responsive and clear their workforce is. Round-the-clock support is on hand, and explanations about deadlines or documents tend to be detailed.
Lots of first-time buyers highlight the patient demeanour of their lawyers, too. You can ask them as many questions as you like, and they’ll just remain composed.
Regrettably, the service isn’t perfect. You might have to wait before getting onboarded as a client. The firm’s demand is the highest here.
Staying put isn’t a daft call, though, since those who do enjoy free evaluations and access to lawyers who specialise in other related matters, like estate planning.
