This originally started out as a service call on our old furnace. They were quick to come out and review the issues we were having. They were informative and when we made the decision to replace our old furnace, they made it seamless. As it was the beginning of COVID shut down, we didn’t really feel like we had the luxury of shopping around to make sure the price was competitive. In this case though, the repair team acted with enough integrity and authenticity and given we could have the new furnace delivered and installed that day, we took a leap of faith. They worked until the job was done which took them into the early evening which we totally appreciated. The only one suggestion for improvement is to do one last check at the end of the day to ensure clean up is fully completed. I did find a couple of sheet metal screws on the driveway and on the floor of the furnace room plus remnants of the caulking tube and material outside when I did yard clean up on that side of the house a few days later. Neither of these were hills to die on – now if we had gotten a flat tire as a result perhaps I would feel differently;-). All in though, I would recommend Elite heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who needs service.

What a wonderful experience with the complete overhaul they did of my heating and air conditioning system.
To start I had Paul come over to jackhammer up my floor and move my floor drain out of the middle of my floor and into the mechanical room.
Excellent work. He was professional, clean, and achieved exactly what I wanted.
John and Jeff then replaced my old furnace and air conditioner with a brand new state of the art Amana system. Beautiful installation. They cleaned up the gaslines, wiring, and everything else that needed to be adjusted to make my system look great and run perfect.
They even moved my air conditioner location outside as it was originally installed under my deck. Now it is around the side of the house and we can barely even hear it when it is on.
Every thing was cleaned up and hauled away so I had no mess to deal with when it was all finished.
The new Amana system is way quieter and holds the temp perfect in the house. The air quality package with UV lights, electronic air cleaner, and steam humidifier work perfect.
Very happy customer and I would recommend them 100% of the time.

“I highly recommend AGC Plumbing and Heating. I hired Andrew to install from scratch a complete bathroom for me. We turned our laundry room into a complete bathroom including a one piece fibreglass shower, a toilet and a sink/cabinet with faucet. Andrew did a stand up job! There were some challenges, and out of the box thinking, and Andrew totally stepped up to the task! Ther majority of the plumbing work had to be done in the crawl space, and Andrew did an amazing job of keeping all the piping nice & neat and high so we can easily access our storage that we keep down there. Also, I didn’t want to cut a hole in the roof to put the vent pipe through, so Andrew perfectly installed air admittance valves in the crawl space to provide all the venting needs in accordance to the plumbing code.
