After trying Queen Donair’s regular donair, I immediately fell in love with its fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and sweet donair sauce. It’s a straightforward, delicious meal that’s perfect for anyone craving a classic option.
But if you love cheese (like myself), get their cheese donair! It adds a rich, creamy texture that complements the fresh vegetables and sweet sauce.
And while I’m not super crazy about chicken, their chicken donair really hit the spot. Imagine a combination of pickles, red turnip, and jalapeno with either garlic or tzatziki sauce – trust me, you won’t regret it!

If you’re looking for a cheaper donair that doesn’t skimp on quality, then Top Donair offers just that. They have a variety of donairs from chicken, beef and even mixed variety, so you can really get more out of a single order.
Each of their more popular donairs costs $10 (it’s actually one of the cheapest around). Both beef and chicken taste good, so really, just get both when you drop by!
Here’s a value combo trick: You can take your donair and pair it with fries or onion rings and a drink of your choice. For $17, you can have a complete meal that’ll probably keep you full until evening.

Well, if you’re anything like me and love big services, Magma Donair might become your new fave. Apart from their regulars, they also offer Large (10”) and Jumbo (12”) options – both with
add-ons and extras too.
Their classic chicken donair has this marinated chicken shawarma meat that really pops with vegetables and their signature garlic sauce. If you want the best of both worlds, get their mixed donair to get both chicken and beef per order.
For extras, you can add lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, olives, and jalapeños. As for the sauces, you can choose among sweet, tzatziki, garlic, and ranch.

I’ve yet to have my own kid, but I liked how Swiss Donair has a special selection for little ones. They’re smaller than regular-sized Donair (and naturally cost less), making them a nice option for those coming in with their kids.
For parents with big appetites, their regular beef donair offers a great balance of flavorful beef, lettuce, and more. For only $10, this hits the spot without denting your wallet.
They also have chicken in three sizes (kid, regular, and jumbo). The chicken is marinated with their special house sauce, giving it a unique but flavorful taste. I’m not super crazy about it, but the mixed variety (with beef) was definitely delicious.

For our cheese-addict friends, Donair & Shawarma House has one of the best cheese donair wraps I’ve ever tried. It has this gooey, melted cheese that adds to the rich flavor of the seasoned meat.
For a much bigger option, they have a super donair wrap that offers more meat and more veggies. They also have a much smaller donair kid selection that still has the same rich flavor – just smaller in portion!
Prices wise, they fall into the cheaper end. So, in case you want to binge eat (please do it responsibly though!), you won’t feel too guilty after the bill.

While looking around other restaurants, we came across 87 Pizza & Donair and loved their wide range of donair flavors. Apart from the usual chicken and beef flavors, this restaurant also offers Hawaiian, falafel, and their own special flavor.
The classic beef donair was solid, with tender meat and fresh veggies. But if you’re going vegan, their falafel donair is a nice choice.
Out of all the options, it’s the 87 Philly Donair that I really really loved. It comes with cheese, mushrooms, and BBQ sauce – quite the combination, right?
Pair your donair with a side of French fries and a can of pop, and you’re all set for a delicious meal!

Captain Shawardma Donairs & Falafel offers a platter and wrap selection for their donair. So, if you’re eating with a small group (or feeling ambitious yourself), you can grab a platter for a generous mix of meat and veggies.
The beef donair platter is one of their more popular choices. It’s served with garlic-sweet sauce, so the smoky flavors really swim in your mouth.
But if you can’t decide between beef and chicken, just get a mixed platter for only $20. The blend of both meats is not overpowering and I definitely liked how generous the portions are!

One of the must-tries at Donair Station is their donair poutine, which combines crispy French fries with donair meat. It’s then drenched in gravy, cheese curds, and their sweet homemade sauce.
If you’re not really a fan of the classic poutine (why not, though!?), you can opt for their regular beef donair. It features seasoned beef with cheese and fresh toppings, all wrapped in a pita.
For those with a larger appetite or looking to share, they offer the notorious Belly Buster Beef Donair. It comes loaded with over half a kilo of beef, double cheese, and extra veggies. Attempt only if you dare!

If you’re looking for a less mainstream donair option, you can’t go wrong with Salt N Pepper Shah’s Kitchen. Their popular lamb shank wrap features slow-cooked lamb meat with a rich and unique flavor that stands out from the typical wraps.

For a cheesier donair selection, I recommend trying out World’s Finest Donair. Their classic regular donair offers a tasty serving of seasoned beef with fresh toppings.
But if you like a bit of extra richness, the regular cheese donair adds a creamy layer of cheese for just $10.99. They also have a super cheese donair and king cheese donair, perfect for those with bigger appetites and a greater love for cheese.
Like some of the joints here, they also have combo meals. Personally, I like getting just a side of fries and a can of drink. Whether it’s the regular or cheese donair, I always find myself feeling full after.

My top picks from Mean Fries and Donair are their special Mean Beef Donair and Mean Chicken Donair. Both options include hash browns in their wrap, adding an extra layer of flavor and texture that makes for a satisfying bite.
They also have classic options like their beef and chicken donairs. You can choose your own toppings and sauce, so you can really tailor each opinion to your taste.
And like most places, they also offer a mix between the two flavors. The tender meat complements each other so well and is so juicy that the seasonings basically burst in your mouth. Really, you just have to try it!

For a more unique donair, consider visiting Vegas Donair & Poutine and try their Flamingo Donair (don’t worry – it’s made of beef!). Aside from the meat, it’s also generously packed with tomatoes, cheese, and their signature sweet sauce.
Another favorite was the BLVD Donair, which is also made of beef. It also has pickles, cheese, and their unique Treasure Island sauce. The pickles added a nice crunch and tangy flavor, making this treat much more enjoyable.
For a vegetarian option, the Aladdin Falafel is a must-try. It combines falafel with a medley of vegetables like tomatoes, pickled turnips, and wild cucumber, all drizzled with tahini sauce.
