Their team is also known for its incredible attention to detail, especially with measurements and finishing details. They also tidy up the place before leaving, which is a huge help for busy homeowners.
On top of that, they have awesome customer service. They answer all questions and give great recommendations without sounding like upselling their products. Customers note that they don’t put pressure on their clients.

They have a nice showroom where you can feel and see different hardwood options in person. Clients also shared that after the team measured their space, they visited the showroom and enjoyed examining the samples.
Aside from being a one-stop shop for flooring materials, they’re also a full-service flooring company. They install and refinish hardwood and other types of flooring.
One of their impressive work is refinishing an existing maple hardwood and installing new ones on the tiled part of the house. The transition was seamless and clean.
Another plus is that they also cater to commercial flooring. Not all companies offer hardwood flooring for commercial buildings, and we’re glad we found Touchwood Flooring.
If there’s one potential downside, it’s their response time. A few homeowners said that the owner failed to send their quote request after visiting them.

Beautiful hardwood flooring
“This is our 3rd time using Touchwood Flooring. Our first was the install of Kempas wood on our new home build 20 years ago. We had the floors refinished 15 years later (after kids and life use). The bevelled edges were sanded down and the finish changed from shiny to satin. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL and we are very happy.
We recently had the carpet taken out of our master bedroom and Sapele wood installed.
The planks are long and wide and match the main floor hardwood well. We were thrilled that Greg and Leona Cook and Touchwood Flooring are still around. The shop is beautiful with tons of different wood to see and touch.
The wood was delivered and the work started and completed on exactly the date quoted. The installers….were the best! Two guys, hardworking, on time, tidy work area, nice and helpful (we needed their help moving a heavy cabinet).”
