Despite its name, The Balloon Store does not just sell balloons. In fact, there are plenty of other items you would find on their website, such as piñatas, stuffed animals, ceramic mugs, and many more.
But yes, it did get its start in balloons… and it’s been operating for the past 20 years. This has given its owner, Dolores, plenty of experience on the latest balloon trends in particular.
That’s why instead of sticking to the traditional rubber balloons, Dolores has kept expanding her business. We were pretty amazed that she uses Qualatex balloons, which are 100% biodegradable, for example.
The Balloon Store also uses hi float, which is a balloon treatment solution of plastic material that has been dissolved in water. By using hi float, the balloon reduces helium or air loss, which makes them capable of lasting longer.
The latex balloons can last around a week’s time. And if you’re using foil balloons, these can last 5-7 days and can still be refilled.
All of this gives you a sense that this is the shop to go to when you need party balloons that will outdo everyone else’s. If you’ve ever wondered where people get those super-fancy balloons in glitzy events, it’s from shops like these!
