The 9 Best Sushi Restaurants in Edmonton

If you’re one of those people who enjoy the taste of sushi and can’t get enough of these delectable rolls, then you’re in luck!  This article you’re about to read is all about the best sushi restaurants in Edmonton today.

These places don’t just offer good food: they also give you good portions at affordable prices. To put together our list, we also considered what their customers had to say.

Before we take a look at our picks, let’s talk about prices first, to give you an idea of how much this will all cost.

The 9 Best Sushi Restaurants in Edmonton

How much do sushi restaurants cost in Edmonton?

Sushi doesn’t actually cost that much, although most people perceive that it does. If you strictly order traditional types of sushi or sashimi, it’s actually quite affordable.

What makes it expensive is that people often don’t get “full” from eating just sushi, which affects their perception of value for money. Consuming these delicately prepared delicacies is more centered on appreciating its flavor as opposed to the “fullness” aspect.

Moving along, for most places, popular nigiri sushi is often sold as two pieces in a single order, although some establishments allow you to order by the piece. The average cost of a single piece of nigiri is around $2.

Maki rolls and sashimi, on the other hand, may cost a bit more per piece and are often served in portion sizes of 4 pieces or more. You can expect each piece to cost around $3 to $5, depending on what you order.

So assuming that you only order sushi without any rice bowls or appetizers, you’ll most likely spend around $15 to $25 dollars per person. Of course you can easily spend more depending on the type of protein you choose for your sushi or sashimi.

To make it easier to compare the prices of the restaurants on our list, we’ve rounded up the most common types of sushi that people order. We’ve also included the prices of sushi platters for the restaurants that offer it.

Yokozuna has a place in every Edmonton foodie’s heart because of their cozy interior and intimate atmosphere. It has sectioned booths and partitioned rooms that offer privacy for those who want to eat without being disturbed by other diners.

It also has a small area with Zashiki style seating (low tables) for those that want a more traditional Japanese dining experience. This southside eatery has a modern look with good lighting and ornate wooden furnishings.

Yokozuna is located in a neighborhood shopping strip mall with ample parking for diners. It offers a casual dining experience where you can enjoy traditional Japanese staples consisting mostly of sushi, sashimi, and light table fare.

Now they do have some oddball appetizers in an attempt to give Westerners better options, such as Roy’s Butakaku Tacos and Tat’s Tuna Tacos. However, since you’ve walked into a sushi bar, you may want to stick with more traditional Japanese dishes.

For starters, we would recommend the Yokozuna Garlic Tuna – a generous heaping appetizer that has albacore tuna, spinach, onion, and garlic ponzu. It has a variety of textures and a great balance of flavor, with a sauce that will keep you coming back for more.

However, if you find yourself at Yokozuna, you’ll no doubt want to try one of their many sashimi or sushi offerings. If you have trouble deciding on what to order or just want to taste a little bit of everything, then the Ozheki sampler platters are a must-try.

For those that are bigger fans of maki, the Yokozuna House Rolls should be on your list of things to taste, especially if you’re looking for something different from the traditional flavors. The deep-fried Dragon Eye Roll is a local favorite, and is filled with salmon and asparagus accompanied by a special “dragon sauce”.

Yokozuna’s menu consists more of sashimi, sushi, maki, tamaki, and light meals. To provide more variety of their bite-size morsels, they obviously sacrificed diversity for their heavier entrees, which is probably why a lot of people love coming here.

Moreover, we especially like the fact that if your favorite roll is not on the menu, you can just ask the server and they may just whip it up for you!

Service is quick and efficient in this cozy local sushi bar, offering a diverse array of fresh flavors to offer its guests. For these reasons and more, Yokozuna earns its spot in our list of the best sushi restaurants in Edmonton.

Pros

  • Spacious intimate venue
  • Varied seating options
  • Diverse offerings of sushi
  • May offer special off-menu items
  • Plenty of parking slots

Cons

  • Closed for lunch on Sunday
  • Doesn’t have hot sake
  • No heavy, filling table fare offered

Customer Reviews

Yokozuna is a favorite of residents because it offers fantastic sushi and seating areas that offer a fair amount of privacy. Trevor Johnston, who visited by chance with a friend, shares his feedback:

“It wasn’t my idea to have lunch here, but I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was!  We had both fresh fish and cooked dishes and they were fantastic!  Sushi has a new meaning for men me!  The staff were very kind and this is a great place to visit do for a lunch meeting as it’s quiet and you’re able to hear each other.  There are plenty of semi-private areas that also make it more comfortable.  Thanks!”

Jan Olsen, another customer, appreciates the friendly service as well, as she writes:

“Such nice and friendly staff. One of my new favourite Sushi places in Edmonton. Lots of parking very easy to get to. Superfood and great sized portions. One of the largest Saki menus I have ever seen with nearly 20 choices and some Japanese Whiskeys with Japanese beer on tap. Worth the trip enjoy!”

2. Sushi Wasabi

Sunday and Holidays; 5:00pm – 8:30pm

Despite its small size, Sushi Wasabi has a large reputation, regarded as one of the most authentic sushi restaurants in Edmonton. They are only open for dinner as well, so it’s highly recommended to reserve a table because this place fills up quickly.

Situated up the road from Southgate Mall, Sushi Wasabi is a family-run restaurant that has earned itself a reputation as the go-to place for nigiri sushi and sashimi. People often order the Sushi Combination platters which contain a generous mix of different kinds of sushi.

Sushi Combination #9 is a crowd favorite, which is a heaping plate of 29 pieces in one platter! It includes tuna, shrimp, eel, crabsticks, 1 roll of California maki (6pcs), and 1 full order of futomaki roll (8pcs).

The Wasabi Combination is probably our favorite though since it features the most popular orders. It has tuna, salmon, shrimp, eel, yellowtail, octopus, chop chop, 1 shrimp-asparagus roll, and 1 avocado-shitake roll.

We like the combination platters because you can make up to two substitutions. It comes at an additional cost and you can only exchange nigiri and maki, but having the option makes it worth it.

However, what guests particularly like here, apart from the fresh salmon and sushi, is that you can order a majority of items per piece. This lets you try different offerings from their menu without worrying too much about cost and portion sizes.

Sushi Wasabi also offers a fantastic chirashi bowl, which is the chef’s special rice bowl topped with random available ingredients on hand. It always includes sashimi and fish roe, which is an ideal dish to order for adventurous seafood enthusiasts.

For those inclined to try something new, the uni (sea urchin) is a must-try here at Sushi Wasabi. They don’t have it often, so if it’s available, it’s definitely one for the bucket list.

Another familiar favorite with a twist is Sushi Wasabi’s California Special, which is a large portion about the size of a hockey puck. What makes it different is their use of grapefruit in it, which is a refreshing take on an old classic.

Sushi Wasabi has cemented an institution-like status in Edmonton already with their fresh authentic Japanese fare. They’re one of the best sushi restaurants in Edmonton and are well worth a visit.

Pros

  • Great menu selection of sushi
  • Parking right in front of restaurant
  • Can order most items by the piece
  • Creative twists on familiar Japanese fare
  • One of the best chirashi bowls in the city

Cons

  • Only open for dinner
  • Small dining area
  • Orders can take more than 30 minutes if busy
  • Tempura takeout limited to two orders

Customer Reviews

What Sushi Wasabi lacks in dining space they make up for with fresh authentic recipes. Clara Tran, a first-time customer, was thoroughly impressed and plans to return as she writes:

“Great service and incredibly fresh sushi. This is an authentic Japanese restaurant that clearly deserves the positive reviews. The raw fish was extremely fresh and everything had well balanced flavors. We will definitely be back in the future when craving good sushi in a land-locked city.”

Darian Alexander, on the other hand, is a regular and recommends other people to come visit this cozy sushi bar. He shares:

“The best Sushi place in town by far. The staff is one hundred percent Japanese, and the sushi chef has been a certified sushi chef for many years. The price is a bit on the higher side but for what they offer it is completely worth it. Make sure to call and book a table because they are always full! You can eat at the sushi bar if you don’t make a reservation.”

Sakana Japanese Cuisine is a cozy dimly-lit restaurant known for its charming ambiance. It offers semi-private seating with booths, open tables, and a six-seater bar.

This small family-owned restaurant is run by sushi chef Justin Lin, who is a well-known figure around the city. Chances are, you might also see his wife Vivienne running the floor and checking up on customers.

We like Sakana because you can have your fill of sushi along with other more filling table fares as well. We particularly like their robata menu that consists of several different kinds of fresh fish that’s expertly grilled over hot charcoal.

Moreover, Sakana also offers a good selection of udon, stir-fry’s, and combo meals that feature hefty portions of sirloins and teriyaki beef.

If you’re more of a healthy eater though, they also have a Vegetable Bento Box that’s perfect for vegans. It features edamame, tofu, and other fresh vegetables on hand.

Now, they may only have one Dinner Bento Box, but the best part is you can customize it by choosing three items from a menu of 10 different options. Your choices include 4 pieces of sushi, 7 pieces of sashimi, teriyaki beef, and more!

The Yum Yum Sakana Roll is their house special though and is worth a try on your first visit. It has unagi, avocado, tempura shrimp, salmon, and tobiko served with both a spicy and teriyaki sauce.

However, if you find that the Sakan roll is too overwhelming, you’re not alone. You might want to pair it up with some traditional sashimi or nigiri to cleanse your palate.

With a selection of authentic food that’s prepared with great care and attention, Sakana is one of our picks for the best sushi restaurants in Edmonton. It’s small, cozy, and has great customer service which will impress any first-time visitor.

Pros

  • Wide range of Japanese alcohol options
  • Great ambiance
  • Rotating fresh weekend specials

Cons

  • Some signature rolls may be overwhelming in flavor
  • Uni is not always in stock

Customer Reviews

Sakana Japanese Cuisine is a favorite of many because of the bold flavors and attention to detail in preparing the dishes. Kate, a customer, was impressed even though she just picked up her order, as she writes:

“My partner and I both agree that this is the best sushi restaurant we’ve been to so far. We ordered for pick up and got the chirashi(side soup), dynamite rolls, salmon rolls, salmon cone, and veggie cone. Wow is all we could say, everything was fresh and tasted great, no complaints, especially for the price of $47! We’ve gone to another sushi restaurant before this that was crazy expensive but not that great, but now the tables have turned. The staff were friendly, and the guy who prepared all our food was very fast and very nice as well. Everything was also displayed so organized and beautifully too (even for to-go!). Overall some of the best quality/quantity, and the best priced sushi you can get. 10/10 will buy there again.”

Located near Jasper Avenue in the heart of downtown, I Love Sushi is a hole-in-the-wall spot that will make you feel like you’re in the heart of Japan.

This quaint, family-run restaurant is known for its attentive service and generous portions. I Love Sushi is quite mysterious too since they have no social media or online presence, which is probably why people walk in to see what’s up.

If you’re expecting complimentary green tea upon sitting down though, you’ll be disappointed. They charge $1 for a cup of the piping hot stuff that can provide so much comfort on a cold day.

With no more than 20 seats, it may not be a place you’ll bring small children to. They don’t have any high chairs and booster seats either, so this makes it a place to stop by on your lunch break from work.

Nevertheless, I Love Sushi is one of the more affordable options in the downtown area. Ironically, even though they are a sushi restaurant, they’re also very popular for their bento boxes.

While they primarily serve classic and standard sushi recipes, this makes I Love Sushi a quick reliable place to sort out your sushi craving. They’re best known for their generous portions of salmon sashimi, which is served in thick, fresh cuts.

They also offer one of the best sushi combos around, which we think sums up what’s on everyone’s mind when they crave sushi and sashimi. The 16-piece Deluxe Sushi Combo features salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, salmon sushi, and spicy tuna maki for an affordable $17.95.

With that said, I Love Sushi has been one of downtown Edmonton’s venerable eateries for quite some time now, providing customers with comforting Japanese table fare in a cozy setting. Their great food and service make them one top picks for sushi restaurants in Edmonton

Pros

  • Thick cuts of sashimi
  • Flavorful bento boxes
  • Great value for money
  • Fast, attentive service

Cons

  • No highchairs or booster seats for kids
  • No website or social media
  • Green tea is not complimentary

Customer Reviews

I Love Sushi’s fast service and fresh ingredients have earned them plenty of loyal and regular customers. Chanting Yeung, a long time patron, shares her thoughts:

“If you love sushi, this place is where it’s at. Not just tasty but their plating is super nice. The decor and atmosphere is very cozy and warm. The super spider maki roll was amazinggg. Can’t go wrong with soft shell crab. The server was very nice and friendly…You guys are the best!!!”

Steven Harkema, another long-time customer, sometimes chooses to order for delivery, knowing the place might be full. He writes:

“Fresh food and great service. Been going here for almost 10 years and have yet to be disappointed. Ordered food through Skip the Dishes once and was pleasantly surprised they separated the sauces to make sure that food didn’t arrive soggy. Would recommend to everyone.”

Furusato Japanese Restaurant is a hidden sushi gem, tucked away unassumingly in Whyte Avenue. A wooden-paneled storefront gives it a curious authenticity that makes passers-by wonder what cuisine is served inside.

Offering affordable prices in an ideal location, it isn’t surprising that Furusato is a common choice for dine-in and take-out meals in the area. Its interior is similarly themed with wood as well, with various decor and dim lighting that makes for a unique ambiance.

Furusato offers an extensive menu with a wide selection of dinner options that include cooked offerings such as black cod, teppan shrimp, sukiyaki, and more. The menu is a bit lengthy in our opinion, so we don’t blame you if you spend quite a while deciding what to choose.

Don’t worry though because one of our favorite features of Furusato is the complimentary fish teriyaki balls that are served as a starter while you order. It’s not exactly the most delicious appetizer you’ll have, but it nevertheless gives them plus points for hospitality.

You can always flip on straight to their sushi and sashimi menu, which likewise offers a variety of options. We like that they offer flavorful sockeye salmon sashimi along with 12 other options that you can order either as a full or half portion.

They have traditional sushi, maki, and tekamaki rolls, but if you’re a salmon lover, we recommend giving their signature Furusato Special Roll a try. It consists of salmon, smoked salmon, avocado, and flying fish roe.

If you want to try something a little different, we also like the Oystermaki roll, which combines deep-fried oysters with avocado. The variety of crispy and soft textures blends in a perfect blend of salty and creamy.

For those looking for a filling meal, the Chirashi Don Rice Bowl is a generous portion of mixed sashimi on rice. While it may contain different selections depending on the day, it usually has a variety of tuna, salmon, octopus, red snapper, mackerel, roe, scallop, shrimp, surf clam, or egg.

With a vast selection of menu offerings (including vegetarian options), Furusato is a great hidden gem around Whyte Avenue. It offers a secluded, quiet, and semi-private area which makes it on our list of one of the best Japanese cuisine stops in Edmonton.

Pros

  • Complimentary fish balls appetizer
  • Large, affordable portions
  • Wide selection of menu items
  • Quiet, secluded dining area

Cons

  • Menu may be too long for some diners
  • Dining area is a little dark

Customer Reviews

Furusato Japanese Restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall spot that is known for its secluded dining experience. Linda H, one of their long-time regulars, shares her feedback:

“My husband and I have gone here for regularly for probably 14 years…and now has become a favourite of our children. They always ask to come. The current owners are so kind and sweet and always treat our family as their own. The food is still great from when we first started going and keeps us coming back. It is comfort food and for us even celebration food. In these uncertain times, it is great to support local businesses like them.”

Laura M, another customer, was ecstatic that she discovered Furusato. She shares:

“A hidden gem. Delicious, authentic & fresh dishes with attentive staff and cozy decor. It was a treat! Will be back now that I know of this secret delight.”

Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill claims that they are creating “the next generation of sushi” aiming to provide its guests a  “modern-day sushi extravaganza”. They have a veteran head chef that combines traditional techniques with imaginative ideas to create flavor-filled creations.

The interior of Sumo Sumo is a blend of both traditional and new, consisting mostly of deep blacks and wood furnishings. They do have a slated sunroof that lets in plenty of light, stools by the sushi bar, and counter seating near the window with a view.

The vaulted ceiling and exposed HVAC pipes add a hipster feel to the place, so if you’re looking for an authentic traditional experience, then this isn’t it. This is a modern establishment that, in our opinion, feels like a sports bar.

This reasoning makes sense when you realize that they offer special Oiler’s game day specials and menu items. These include a Hockey Roll (Spicy crab, shrimp tempura, salmon, avocado) along with a Playoff Platter.

With that said, one look at the menu and you can immediately tell that it’s been Westernized and adapted for the area. There is a good mix of cooked and raw items available, which makes it an ideal place to visit with those who don’t enjoy eating raw fish.

Each menu item is assigned a number so that you don’t have to struggle to pronounce the Japanese names and can dictate the item number instead.

Sumo Sumo has some rather “interesting” menu offerings like Sushi Pizza, and we’re not quite sure how to feel about it. It’s described as “deep-fried sushi rice with toppings” which doesn’t exactly scream delicious to us, although some adventurous eaters may want to give it a go.

As mentioned earlier, there is a Westernized element to Sumo Sumo’s offerings but they get kudos for creativity. One of their signature dishes is Joe’s Special Roll which has smoked salmon, avocado, tempura, scallops, mango, masago mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sesame seeds.

While there are certainly a lot of exciting menu items to choose from, for those that want to stick with the tried and tested favorites, Sumo Sumo has you covered. We especially like the nigiri sushi here because they offer flavorful salmon belly, albacore, and bluefin tuna.

Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill is an amazing sushi bar that prides itself in innovating with their sushi offerings. It’s a great alternative to go to for game night instead of your usual greasy food.

Pros

  • Extensive Sake and beverage menu
  • Themed nights from Monday to Thursday
  • Creative sushi dishes
  • Serves Oilers game day specials

Cons

  • Creative dishes are hit or miss
  • Westernized menu

Customer Reviews

While Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill may not offer an authentic experience, they do have great food and service. Nimeh Awwad, one of their customers, shares her thoughts:

“Great service, we were seated quickly and attended to right away. Server was friendly, offered advice, and made suggestions. Loved the food, great quality and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Would be interested in going back for the Sunday brunch buffet.”

Jordan Atkins, a first-time customer, was impressed with the quality of his food as he writes:

“Absolutely delicious. First timer here and ordered the hockey roll and crunchy salmon roll. Wow. That hit the spot. Definitely recommend!”

Tokyo Express was established in 1998 and now has 11 locations across the greater Edmonton area. This family-owned business is now on its 3rd generation management team.

Keeping operations in the family is a great way to continue its culinary legacy. Having a new generation take over also implies that their menu will always keep evolving and stay current with the times.

Now, as implied by its name, Tokyo Express is more of a fast-food casual dining type of restaurant. While it’s a great place to have a Sunday family lunch, you probably wouldn’t choose this as the venue for a corporate event.

It’s a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat on your lunch break though if you’re craving some good sushi. The exceptionally fast service means that your hour-long break will be used wisely with enough time to get back to the office.

Tokyo Express’ menu has all the major staple Japanese food covered, so you shouldn’t have difficulty choosing your order. They have classics such as bento boxes tempura, but what we particularly like is their Maki and Sushi Trays.

Their impressive Sushi Tray comes in three sizes consisting of either 28, 48, or 64 pieces.  It includes salmon, tuna, shrimp, egg, mini California, cucumber maki, and tuna maki.

These trays are ideal to order for delivery or take home for a casual family dinner, game night, or if you want to treat the ladies and gents at work to a meal.

Tokyo Express is also popular for their rice bowls that are available with salmon, eel, shrimp, beef, or chicken. They have curried versions and a special vegan bowl as well!

In short, while Tokyo Express might not offer mind-blowing creations or a gourmet experience, it does provide timeless favorites served fairly quickly. Whether you need a quick bite to eat or want to grab a sushi tray, this restaurant is one of our top picks in Edmonton.

Pros

  • Fast table service
  • Affordable prices
  • Value for money sushi trays
  • Multiple locations around Edmonton

Cons

  • More of a “food court” type of restaurant
  • Limited menu options
  • Some locations have limited hours

Customer Reviews

Tokyo Express is known for its short meals and quick services. We find it ironic that their customers leave equally short ratings and feedback as well:

“Dragon eye roll is so delicious, I would like to eat it everyday!” – Petra Chen

“Delicious California rolls! The staff here are very nice and accommodating!” – Alicia Steeze

“Food court sushi! Quick and hits the spot! If you want a restaurant experience go somewhere different.” – Christopher Lui

Edo Japan was founded in 1979 in Calgary by Reverend Susumu Ikuta. The small restaurant’s popularity was due to their traditional Teppan-style meals with its secret signature teriyaki sauce.

A few years later in 1981, they opened their second branch in Heritage Mall in Edmonton. However, the Reverend left to assume his religious duties.

The management of Edo Japan was then transferred over to CEO Tom Donaldson, who would transform the restaurant into a full-fledged franchise business.

Today Edo Japan has 29 locations in Edmonton alone and over 100 across Canada. What we like best about this restaurant is that you can buy a bottle of their secret signature teriyaki sauce to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Edo Japan only started serving sushi in 2006 and we wonder why they waited 27 years. Nevertheless, it has quickly turned into one of their bestselling menu items today.

While they don’t offer customers a wide selection of sushi to choose from,  it is nevertheless a well-curated selection. Edo Japan mostly has classic types of sushi such as California Rolls and Salmon nigiri.

They also have special hefty Catering Platters that consist of each type of sushi available in 42, 70, or 114 piece variants. These can be delivered to your doorstep or venue and you can even let Edo Japan know if you have dietary restrictions.

If you’re ordering online, you’ll want to consider downloading and using the My edoRewards app! If you order through the app six times, you’ll be eligible for a free meal, which sounds like a great deal to us in our opinion.

If you just want a simple bento box or just need to quickly satisfy a craving for Japanese staples, Edo Japan fits the bill. Their fast service, numerous locations, and tried and tested menu have earned them a spot on our list.

Pros

  • Affordable sushi
  • Fast service even at busy times
  • My edoRewards app
  • 29 locations around Edmonton

Cons

  • Limited selection of sushi
  • Only classic types of sushi offered

Customer Reviews

Edo Japan is well known for its fast service that easily rivals other fast food restaurants. Robert Graham experienced this first-hand as he writes:

“Very friendly staff. They brought me my food and right before I could get up to grab a fork and napkins she popped back over with them in hand without me asking. Will definitely be back!”

Kelsi Brown, another customer, fondly remembers why she liked Edo Japan after not going back for some time. She shares:

“Every now and then you forget that a restaurant exists. And when you realize once again, it is delicious and you wonder why you haven’t been there this whole time. That was my experience with Edo Japan. It has  been forever since I had gone there and had any of the food and their delicious teriyaki sauce. They even expanded their sushi menu. I got the easi sushi platter and of course a chicken yakisoba. So delicious just as good as I remember.”

Teriyaki Corner is a Japanese Bistro that’s known for having swings in some of their seating areas. Yes, we know it’s kind of an odd theme, but it is related to their motto which is “swing with us”.

Moving along, Teriyaki Corner serves traditional Japanese food in a lighthearted and casual “food-court” atmosphere. The dishes are simple and mostly consist of classic recipes, although they are presented quite well.

As a casual restaurant, they serve a lot of individual bowl or bento meals meant for a single person. So if you’re ordering a la carte, it’s best to keep these portion sizes in mind.

Nevertheless, you have a wide range to choose from such as rice bowls, noodle bowls, dinner, and lunch bento boxes. We like that they have poke bowls, which provide a different option for Edmontonians that are looking for something new.

However, their “personalized” bento boxes are the star in their menu, offering a mix of tempura, sashimi, maki, and sushi. They also have a veggie bento box if you’re looking for a healthier option!

Now, nigiri sushi is served per piece at Teriyaki corner, which is probably what keeps people coming back for more. It’s a great way to sample a lot of flavors and the cuts of sashimi on it are quite thick as well.

Their uramaki is another crowd favorite, and we suggest trying out the Dragon Rolls, Rainbow Rolls, and Mexican Rolls.

Teriyaki Corner is also a great option for large platters of sushi, aptly named Sumosize Platters. These serve five to eight people and come in three variants: Maki & Roll, Sushi & Maki, and Hot (tempura, spring rolls, yakitori).

We like Teriyaki Corner because it’s a no-frills, straight-to-the-point Japanese restaurant that doesn’t go overboard with a lot of experimentation. They have a traditional and classic menu served in a modern setting, and it’s easy to see why they’ve become a favorite in the city.

Customer Reviews

Although not a particularly unique restaurant, Teriyaki Corner serves no-frills Japanese food that most people will understand and appreciate. Andrew Lam, one of their customers, comments:

“Hands down the best Dragon Roll (Deep fried Sushi) in town! The atmosphere was compelling and the swing adds a twist to the dining experience! Would recommend anyone to this beloved restaurant”

Jonathan Liaw, another customer, is a fan of their cooked food, as he shares:

“Friendly staff & solid food. I mainly order cooked food (curry rice bowls, yakisoba, etc.) but their rolls & sushi selection is fairly good as well.”
