From the salesperson, Artem, to the final check by the owner, Pavlo, the experience with this company was superb. Yes, the owner comes to do the final check and makes sure you’re happy with everything. Who else does this! I felt well taken care of.
The installation was good. They were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
My only regret (and this has nothing to do with the company) is that I used to have indirect airflow before with being able to open the outside slider and the inside slider at the opposite end. Now, because I only have only one (high-quality) slider, I get direct air from the west and that means I get dirt blowing in. If I’d considered this, I may have chosen a different design.
