First time at City Ford for service, they did an excellent job, it was affordable, a bit on the slow side because they are swamped with many clients but a job well done by the advisor Jennifer and all the staff was polite and kind to my children and myself. One other thing I noticed was the shuttle services are a bit on the slower side of things as they are swamped and don’t offer courtesy vehicles and because of Covid but if you’re a patient customer and kind they will take good care of you in all aspects.
